About the event
The event brings together government leaders, public sector organisations and industry experts to explore the key priorities shaping Scotland's digital future. With over 70 speakers and 1,200 delegates from across Scotland, the UK and Europe, Digital Scotland provides a platform for strategic discussion, collaboration and knowledge sharing across the public sector.
This year's agenda will explore topics including artificial intelligence, cybersecurity, digital inclusion, service design, public service reform and Scotland's National Digital Strategy, highlighting the opportunities and challenges facing organisations as they navigate digital transformation.
Our Behavioural Science Lead, Jonti Dalal-Small, will be speaking as part of the leadership stream "Citizen Services Unlocked: Breaking Down Legacy, Building Up Culture, and Designing with Purpose", alongside Mags Moore, who will be chairing the discussion. Join their session to explore how organisations can modernise citizen services by tackling legacy technology, fostering the right culture and designing services around user needs.
Sopra Steria will be exhibiting throughout the day and we look forward to connecting with delegates to discuss how digital transformation, data and emerging technologies can help deliver better outcomes for citizens and communities across Scotland.
