About the Event

Our Collective Intelligence Roundtable, hosted by Tom Staley, brings together innovation leaders to explore how organisations can better engage employees in innovation and harness collective intelligence to unlock ideas, strengthen engagement and improve innovation outcomes. The session combines practical insight, peer discussion and real-world examples to explore how organisations can put people at the heart of innovation and transformation.

Discussion topics will include:

• Why employee engagement is critical to successful innovation.
• Common cultural and organisational barriers to participation.
• Practical ways to apply collective intelligence approaches within your organisation.

Meet the Speakers:

• Tom Staley, Open Innovation Lead, Sopra Steria
  Host of the roundtable, Tom brings extensive experience convening innovation leaders across sectors through initiatives including the Open Innovation Report and The Exchange. He will facilitate discussions throughout the session, helping attendees explore practical approaches to innovation culture and employee engagement.
  

• Jonti Dalal-Small, Behavioural Science Lead, Sopra Steria Next
  Jonti combines business psychology, human-centred design and facilitation expertise to help organisations drive meaningful behavioural change. He will explore the link between employee engagement, innovation quality and successful adoption.
  

• Colin Nelson, Chief Innovation Consultant, HYPE
  With more than 20 years' experience helping organisations embed collaborative innovation practices, Colin will introduce the Collective Intelligence Framework and share practical examples of how it has been successfully applied.

Through peer discussion, talks, practical insights and real-world examples, attendees will have the opportunity to share experiences, discuss challenges and explore new ways to put people at the centre of innovation.
