In an increasingly challenging economic environment, innovation teams are under growing pressure to demonstrate their impact. Yet the value of innovation is not always captured through traditional return-on-investment measures, particularly when it comes to building capabilities, strengthening ecosystems and creating the conditions for future growth.
The Exchange - Proving value: innovation under pressure, will bring together senior leaders for an interactive half-day session exploring how organisations can better measure, evidence and communicate the value of innovation. Through shared perspectives and focused roundtable discussions, attendees will examine how innovation can be positioned as a strategic business capability rather than a discretionary activity.
