We are thrilled to be speaking at Digital Leaders Public Sector Innovation Week.

Now in its 4th year, the PSI Week will be a truly nationwide week of events, both face to face events and online talks. Right across the UK from Monday to Friday there will be lectures, talks, conferences and awards.

Amanda will share invaluable insights and strategies for driving customer-centric transformation within the public sector, drawing from our successful collaboration with the Civil Aviation Authority (CAA).

We will look at how organisations can shift their culture and behaviours so that they are more focussed on the people they serve and show how this can be done in practice, evidenced by our work with the CAA.
