We’re delighted to bring to you our second annual Digital Ethics Outlook: the Citizen View.
We’ve surveyed 1,000 UK citizens to explore people’s beliefs and perceptions related to digital services. Last year’s survey focused on government services, whereas this year we have broadened the scope to include comparisons with financial services, healthcare, retail and social media. We have also this year included questions about the perceived impact of, and response to, generative AI.
