Alison is a strategic digital communications and marketing professional with a deep interest in podcasting. She loves meeting contributors and really getting to the heart of the subject matter in an accessible and engaging way. 

She has worked in complex commercial, matrix and public sector organisations (including government, financial services, transport and policing), so has plenty of subjects for discussion in mind!  

Nick has almost 30 years’ experience helping design recruitment solutions that help bridge the gap between (predominantly public sector) employers and jobseekers.  

Nick’s experience is mostly in the recruitment industry but also included an insightful spell in social enterprise and employability. Since joining Sopra Steria just over five years ago, digital tools have become integral to that solution design as we help our customers secure better talent, faster, fairer and more cost effectively.
