nGAGE Talent Group extends strategic BPO partnership with Sopra Steria

| minute read

Since 2021, Sopra Steria has provided an offshore team to support nGAGE Talent Group’s front, middle and back-office functions. This contract has been extended for a further three years, taking the relationship up to at least 2027.

nGAGE Talent Group provides specialist recruitment services to clients worldwide. With 21 brands working across 24 offices, and operating in 70 countries, nGAGE has a proven track record of scaling and globalising specialist talent solutions businesses.

The services provided as part of this contract started with front office recruitment, evolving to now also include middle office compliance services. The contract extension will see Sopra Steria continue to provide front office recruitment and middle office compliance services, with the addition of middle office auditing and back-office HR services. These enhanced services will continue to be primarily offshore, providing the flexibility to adjust resources in line with demand.

Vic Khan, Group Head of Offshore Delivery at nGAGE said: “Over the past three years, Sopra Steria’s offshore delivery team have successfully complemented our own teams here in the UK. They have been focused on delivering on objectives and achieving our desired outcomes and we’re really pleased with the results. It’s great to have Sopra Steria as part of our multi-supplier delivery ecosystem.”

This BPO contract isn’t one of typical resource augmentation. 100 Sopra Steria employees and their team leads act as a true extension to the nGAGE team. Our people have developed a deep understanding of the business through comprehensive knowledge sharing, with good familiarity with its ways of working and the brand.

Craig Wilson, Managing Director for the Private Sector at Sopra Steria said: "This has been a great relationship, with our fantastic offshore talent delivering exceptional results for our client, nGAGE. I’m looking forward to seeing how the relationship will continue to evolve up to 2027 and hopefully beyond.
