Hemit delivers future-oriented digital solutions and services to hospitals in Central Norway. Now Sopra Steria will help them work even more efficiently.
Hemit has a critical societal mission to operate and develop vital digital services for over 20,000 users within the specialist health service in Trøndelag and Møre og Romsdal 24 hours a day, all year round. They will strengthen the patient experience and the quality of management by ensuring that healthcare personnel have access to reliable, user-friendly and effective digital tools. Hemit is the link to all hospitals and health enterprises in Helse Midt-Norge. In order for the link to become even better, they will now collaborate with Sopra Steria to implement the ServiceNow platform as an important work tool.
“For Hemit, an effective service management tool is critical for managing and delivering good digital solutions. We wanted a system that provides a better overview, faster and more precise case processing, and that can also automate tasks and adapt to future needs,” Trond Utne, CEO of Hemit.
Automation with AI
The solution will contribute to more efficient case processing, through a better overview of equipment, software and services, as well as helping employees to find solutions to cases more quickly and automate tasks using artificial intelligence.
Sopra Steria has collaborated with Hemit for over 10 years, and looks forward to continuing the good collaboration in the new project.
“Hemit already delivers digital solutions and services that support good patient care and a good patient experience in hospitals in Central Norway. By implementing ServiceNow as a tool, this job will go even smoother," Odd Inge Hellesylt, Director of Business Development in Health at Sopra Steria.
Norway's largest ServiceNow environment
Sopra Steria has been a strategic partner with ServiceNow since 2014. The company operates Norway's largest ServiceNow environment with over 220 ServiceNow consultants who help customers in various sectors digitise and automate processes in IT, HR, customer service, security, risk management, portfolio management and more.
“By connecting people, functions and IT systems, efficient digital workflows are created that free up time, increase productivity and provide better collaboration and transparency. We look forward to Hemit also experiencing the value of this,” Odd Inge Hellesylt.
