AI for Leaders: The leadership literacy behind effective AI adoption

Most leaders think they understand AI. But when it starts shaping decisions around investment, risk, hiring and culture, the gaps in that understanding can show up really quickly.

AI Literacy is still one of the biggest reasons organisations struggle to get real value from AI. AI technologies are proving to be very capable, but when the conditions are not right in an organisation, I see AI stuck in experimentation, moving too quickly without enough thought, or failing to deliver real, meaningful value.

In this 30 minute webinar, I will share what I see AI-literate organisations doing differently and why leadership understanding is becoming a critical part of successful AI adoption.

We’ll explore:

  • Why so many AI initiatives fail to move beyond experimentation and the patterns behind that.
  • What AI actually needs to work well inside an organisation.
  • The blind spots that can create risk when organisations move too quickly.
  • How AI-literate organisations are making better decisions, seeing stronger returns and building cultures where people feel informed and involved rather than threatened.
  • What leaders can do now to turn understanding into action.

Drawing on experience supporting organisations at different stages of their AI journey, I’ll also share practical lessons from leaders who are building confidence across their teams and creating the right conditions for responsible adoption.

If you are responsible for AI direction, investment or governance, or leading change, transformation or major programmes, this session will help you think more clearly about the role leadership literacy plays in better AI outcomes.
