In what’s being described as a once‑in‑a‑generation reform, the local government reorganisation (LGR) will have a profound impact on people, structures and culture as it rolls out across the country.
To support HR leaders across local government who are navigating this change, we’re hosting a free LGR roundtable at our London office (1 Bartholomew Close, EC1A 7BL) on Tuesday 24 March from 10:00am - 15:30pm.
This session will create space for open, practical discussion on how to:
• Maintain morale and engagement during significant change.
• Align new organisational structures in a way that works in practice.
• Ensure employees feel connected to the brand post‑transformation.
• Strengthen and evolve employer brand in a time of uncertainty.
• Support teams as roles, identities and ways of working shift.
