Supporting Reservists

We provide ten days of paid leave for Reservists to serve with their unit, in recognition of the important work that this community carries out for our country. If our Reservists are required to mobilise for extended deployments, we protect their employment so that their role is there for them when they return.

Thousands of pounds were raised for Armed Forces community charities in 2019 and work is in motion to go further, by offering the skills of our employees to military charities broadening opportunities for those in need.
