SSCL has received numerous awards at the prestigious UK National Contact Centre Awards.

These awards highlight that our teams are part of a committed, resourceful and driven community, working together to deliver the best possible service to our customers and aligning to our values.

They have been awarded for services delivered across the UK for both Government and Police, where innovative enhancements have revolutionised customer contact centre journeys. SSCL is recognised as continuing to deliver market-leading performance for our customers.

Marco Ndrecaj, SSCL’s Director of Customer Experience Management Services was delighted to pick up the award for Contact Centre Leader of the Year in the UK at the UK National Contact Centre Awards 2024. 

While in 2023, UK National Contact Centre Awards, SSCL received awards in the categories of:

• Gold – Best Contact Centre Culture (Large)
• Gold – Best Team Manager
• Silver – Outsourced Contact Centre of the Year
• Silver – Best Leadership Team of the Year

SSCL were proud to be highly commended at the Business Culture Awards 2023 for the Building a Culture of Innovation Initiative. This was in recognition of SSCL's culture of ‘Our People Matter’.

The awards celebrate forward-thinking organisations. Those who have truly demonstrated their dedication to creating exceptional Business Culture. And also by understanding how employee experience is fundamental to business performance.  

The Welsh Contact Centre Awards recognise dedication and talent in delivering excellence and innovation to our customers while positioning of SSCL as a leader in the outsourcing space.

SSCL won at the Welsh Contact Centre Awards 2023 in the categories of:

• Gold for Best Outsourcing Contact Centre Services
• Gold for Advisor of the Year: Mohammad Aleem
• Silver for Team Leader of the Year: Linda Lewis

SSCL won Shared Service Centre of the Year at the Global Sourcing Association (GSA) UK Strategic Sourcing Awards 2024.

SSCL won the Best Automation Project Award at Computing’s Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2023 for work in establishing an automation centre of expertise for our police and resourcing business.

The Digital Technology Leaders Awards 2023 recognise and celebrate the achievements of the people and companies who make things happen at the forefront of digital technology. Judges look for outstanding work in the field and teams who go beyond the call of duty to deliver meaningful automation.
