Ian’s role is to support customers in designing and delivering transformational activities ranging from strategy and operating model design to the planning and implementation of large scale programmes to improve customer and employee experience, service quality and operational efficiency. He is experienced in a wide range of sectors and services with an emphasis on helping public sector organisations successfully outsource services to reduce operational expenditure to release funds to frontline services to the benefit of customers. These typically encompass significant business and technology change including the adoption of digital, data, AI and automation driven services.
