This certificate is valid for the following scope:

The provision and enablement of business process and information technology (ICT) services, covering consultancy, systems integration, managed projects and services and the provision of associated development, maintenance and support, infrastructure management, telephony, remote operations and applications management from Sopra Steria offices and client sites.

ISO/IEC 27001:2013/ TickITplus Foundation

This certificate is valid for the following scope:

ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018/ TickITplus Foundation

This certificate is valid for the following scope:

The provision and enablement of IT services to Sopra Steria customers including infrastructure management; managed services and applications management from Sopra Steria offices and client sites.

ISO 14001:2015 (Environmental Management)

Environmental Management certification exists separately for Sopra Steria UK, NHS SBS and SSCL. (See each certificate for respective office coverage).

It is only practical to cover our managed UK offices where control is under Sopra Steria, therefore client sites and Regus offices will not be covered.

ISO 22301:2019 (Business Continuity Management)

Current certification is partial only and covers the UK central BCM team within DI plus HR Services, IT Service Management, Secure Areas, monitoring and Cyber Centre services within our Hemel Hempstead site.

The Appendix on page 2 of the certificate gives the extent of certification specific to the location and must be treated carefully when used in bids and with our clients.

ISO 44001:2017 (Collaborative Business Relationship Management)

Sopra Steria Ltd is certified to ISO 44001.

Scope of certification is currently only for those key strategic account customers within the UK business sectors - Aerospace, Defence, Security (ADS), Government and Private - identified through Sopra Steria’s Concept and Supply Board and managed within the Collaborative Relationship Programme.

CDP

CDP is a not-for-profit charity that runs a global disclosure system to help investors, companies, cities, states, and regions to measure, report and act to improve their environmental performance.

In 2023, nearly 20,000 organisations worldwide - more than 1,100 local authorities and 18,700 companies, including Sopra Steria - reported their environmental impacts, risks, and opportunities via the CDP platform. Sopra Steria was included in the A-List for a seventh consecutive year – standing out amongst 200 of the world’s leading companies most actively taking action to fight climate change. Sopra Steria has been on the CDP Climate “A-list” every year since 2017.

 

 

 

BCS and ISTQB

We have a long history of development and successful delivery of high-quality public and in-house testing training across the UK and for our international clients. We are accredited by BCS Professional Certification (formerly ISEB) and by the UK Testing Board (UKTB) to provide courses for both the Certified Tester/Foundation and Advanced Level Certificates. The UKTB is the governing body within the United Kingdom representing the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB).

We are one of only four UK-based training providers accredited for all three of the advanced qualifications (Test Analyst, Test Manager and Technical Test Analyst) and the only one with a training base in Scotland. Through these accredited courses, Testing Masterclasses and other specialised courses we can meet your testing training needs.
