Sopra Steria is pleased to once again be supporting the Socitm Top Talent Leadership Programme in partnership with The Scottish Government. This national development programme is run by the Socitm Leadership Academy and equips all levels of Scottish Public Sector leaders with the personal and collaborative skills to become more effective in leading change and transformation projects.
The programme is now in its fifth year, and has enabled more than 100 graduates to bring their leadership capability to service transformation projects in the Scottish Public Sector.
The programme is free for participants, although organisations are expected to cover travel, subsistence. Applicants will be assessed for suitability through a nomination and selection process. Places are limited to 20 participants.
