Rhoddy Davies joined Sopra Steria in December 2024, bringing with him more than 15 years of experience in Dynamics 365, the Power Platform, and cloud transformation across the public sector and regulated industries.
He has held senior roles at leading Microsoft partners, including PwC, where he specialised in delivering large-scale digital transformation programmes. At Sopra Steria, Rhoddy leads Dynamics 365 and Power Platform strategy in the UK, helping clients simplify complexity, accelerate adoption, and achieve better outcomes through secure, scalable cloud solutions.
Rhoddy holds over 15 Microsoft certifications, including PL-600: Microsoft Power Platform Solution Architect Expert and AZ-305: Designing Microsoft Azure Infrastructure Solutions, and is recognised for his ability to bridge business and technology to drive innovation.
Outside of work, Rhoddy is a keen runner, strength and conditioning coach, and enjoys travelling with his family and staying active outdoors.
