As a Senior Consultant I work with Central Government departments and Local Authorities to design and deliver digital transformation. I work with key stakeholders to gather requirements, deliver workshops and guide them through change following business change frameworks. By understanding new technologies and designing solutions together; I help organisations and clients realise the benefits of transformation ensuring that they embrace change and achieve their ambitions.
My experience covers a range of disciplines: service design, business process redesign, business analysis, business change and data analysis. I have worked across Local Government, Central Government and large Financial Institutions.
