Nicola is a Principal Service Designer at cxpartners, with 12 years of experience in a range of roles. She brings experience in systems thinking and qualitative research practices that centre on achieving positive social and environmental impact. She has led research projects for a range of non-profit and public sector organisations including the NHS, UK Export Finance, Bucks Council, Women’s Aid, Nationwide Foundation, the British Red Cross, Lambeth Early Action Partnership (LEAP), STEM Learning, MS Society Canada and the National Lottery Community Fund. Nicola is passionate about making things that work for people and society, that are sustainable, and doing the critical groundwork through meaningful and proportionate research.
