Nick has thirty years’ experience helping design solutions that help bridge the gap between (predominantly public sector) employers and jobseekers at a large scale. Nick’s experience is mostly in the recruitment industry, spanning both temporary and permanent recruitment outsourcing but also included insightful spells in social enterprise and employability. Since joining Sopra Steria just over 6 years ago, leveraging data, digital and AI tooling has become integral to that solution design as we help our customers secure better talent, faster, fairer and more cost effectively.
