Lee is the UK Environment Manager for Sopra Steria UK including the two Joint Ventures: Shared Services Connect Limited (SSCL) and NHS Shared Business Services (NHS SBS).
Lee is responsible for maintaining the company's environmental management systems which are certified to the ISO 14001 standard through external assessments by DNV, a UKAS-accredited certification body.
As well as leading on the continual improvement of the environmental management systems Lee manages the integration of new sites into the certified scope. Whilst always maintaining positive working relationships with our property & facilities team as well as external stakeholders, such as auditors, suppliers, and contractors. He also contributes to the UK environment strategy by implementing various projects and initiatives which are aligned to help the company achieve net zero emissions by end of 2040.
