Karen joined Sopra Steria as HR Director for UK and Asia in 2016 and headed up an extensive HR Transformation across the business. Karen is responsible for the entire HR & Communications team which encompasses The PeopleHub centre of excellence as well as all people services related activity such as talent acquisition, reward, travel and expenses.
In addition, we have HR teams dedicated to supporting our three businesses, our internal communications and events team and most recently our social value team. Before joining Sopra Steria, Karen was HR Director for Wolseley – building on her experience in various sectors working for Inchcape, Cable and Wireless and Railtrack.
