Jane Searls is the UK Chief Sustainability Officer for Sopra Steria, leading the organisation’s sustainability agenda and ensuring that environmental, social, and governance objectives are integrated across all operations. With nearly 40 years’ experience—including roles in NHS SBS and SCCL—Jane leverages her deep business knowledge to drive impactful change, mentor future sustainability leaders, and advise on complex projects spanning both public and private sectors.
As part of Sopra Steria’s international network of Chief Sustainability Officers, Jane collaborates with colleagues throughout Europe and beyond to champion best practices, align sustainability targets, and foster continuous improvement. She actively engages in international forums and partnerships, enhancing Sopra Steria’s reputation as a leader in sustainable development.
