Ian Hurst

Strategic Sales Lead

Ian leads on major strategic sales opportunities within Sopra Steria and has worked across a number of sectors leading major new opportunities in Defence, Security, Civil Nuclear, NHS and Home Office.  He served as a Royal Air Force Communications Engineering Office for 23 years and subsequently held sales and business development roles in Airbus and HP prior to joining Sopra Steria in 2015. Ian is client focussed with a keen interest in coaching and team building, and holds an MSc in Defence Electronic Systems Engineering. He is also a keen road cyclist in his spare time.
