Our Chief Commercial and Legal Officer, Giles has worked for Sopra Steria for 16 years. Giles joined as a Commercial Development Manager and has successfully contracted over £4 billion TCV of large deals during his career. Giles was the Commercial Director for the game changing deal for our business with the Cabinet Office that was the SSCL Joint Venture in 2013. Giles has since been the SSCL Commercial Director, Head of Commercial for the UK, Legal Director and now Chief Commercial and Legal Officer. Giles is responsible for Commercial, Legal and Procurement, all of which he has significantly transformed and enjoys teaching negotiation and dispute resolution.
Outside of work Giles likes to cook, spend time with the family (including the dogs) and races a track car around any of the many UK racing circuits.
