Erika joined NHS SBS in July 2020, succeeding David Morris when he became CEO of SSCL.
Erika was previously Executive Officer of the People Division at Capita. She has held senior roles in organisations such as the Manpower Group and Brook Street, as well as a number of non-executive, director, trustee and advisory roles, such as Chair of the SFJ Awards – a not-for-profit organisation committed to the development of skills across the UK’s justice, fire and rescue, local government and armed forces sectors.
In her spare time, Erika enjoys sailing and spending time with her three grown-up children.
