Elika is a Senior Consultant experienced in delivering large-scale business transformation across the public and private sector. With a focus on delivering tangible outcomes, Elika works with clients to design and implement strategies that drive meaningful change. Elika is passionate about Target Operating Model Design and enjoys supporting organisations to design clear and effective frameworks which align their vision with practical and sustainable operations.

Elika blends best practice approaches to deliver innovation and change, she holds several professional certifications including, APMG Change Management, Organisational Behaviour, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, MSP® and AgileBA®. Elika also represents Sopra Steria as a Council Representative for the MCA and holds the position of Co-Vice Chair of the Women’s Inclusive Network.
