David Morris is Managing Director of Transformative Business Services at Sopra Steria, leading programmes that help organisations modernise services, improve outcomes and drive sustainable transformation. He is also spearheading the growth of Sopra Steria Lumina, operationalising AI at scale and helping organisations unlock greater value from their data to improve operational performance and address some of today’s most complex business and societal challenges.
With extensive experience leading large-scale transformation across government, healthcare and regulated sectors, David has a strong track record of delivering customer-focused change and service innovation. Prior to joining Sopra Steria, he was CEO of Shared Services Connected Ltd and previously served as Managing Director of NHS Shared Business Services. Earlier in his career, David held senior leadership roles at Capita and Cable & Wireless, building broad expertise in business operations, technology and digital transformation across the public and private sectors.
