The Charter encourages businesses to demonstrate their commitment to disability best practice through a series of 10 action points that can be implemented across all businesses no matter what size, industry or sector.
Having become Members of BDF in 2015, Sopra Steria Recruitment joins over 300 other disability-smart organisations that are committed to implementing disability best practice as part of a whole organisational approach.

The Charter is designed to improve accessibility and inclusivity across the entire recruitment process – from the initial search for candidates, through to the onboarding process.
For those businesses that get it right, the pool of talented disabled people in the UK is large: over 6.9 million people, or 20% of the working-age population.
