Cherwell Software to Expand Hosted Service Management Solutions with Sopra Steria

London, 22 March 2018 – Cherwell Software, a global leader in enterprise service management solutions, and European leader in digital transformation Sopra Steria, announced today a strategic collaboration to further expand the global delivery of Cherwell’s software as a service (SaaS) platform.

To meet the needs of its growing base of customers, Cherwell enlisted Sopra Steria as a strategic partner to build on its current SaaS offering.  Drawing on Sopra Steria’s proven infrastructure management experience and their partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Cherwell Software is able to further extend a secure multi-tenancy environment that provides increased flexibility and scalability.

The new Cherwell hosted infrastructure solution, in partnership with Sopra Steria, takes full advantage of cloud capabilities such as ‘on demand flexibility’ and ‘auto scalability’ to proactively meet the requirements of Cherwell’s customers. Sopra Steria will be utilising tooling and automation to provide a platform that is standardised, secure, highly scalable, resilient and flexible. The initial deployment will be based on AWS environments to service Cherwell’s UK clients, with options to provide service across EMEA.
