Sopra Steria’s Anna Leyland recognised by itSMF for outstanding contribution in 2015

Anna Leyland trophyCongratulations to Sopra Steria’s Anna Leyland, who has won this year’s Ashley Hanna Contributor of the Year Award, presented annually by the itSMF (IT Service Management Forum). This award recognises the person who, in the judges’ view, has made an outstanding contribution over the last year to the itSMF UK organisation as a volunteer.

Anna is chair of the North Region Working Party for the itSMF, and her role is to arrange and facilitate free events across the North, bringing together IT Service Management (ITSM) professionals to share good practice and hear about innovation and new ideas in the ITSM industry.

Anna was nominated in recognition of her "sterling leadership of the North region and support of the team at South West region". The announcement was made at an awards dinner at the ITSMF Conference and Exhibition at Heathrow Terminal 5 in November, and follows colleague Alison Cartlidge, Sopra Steria’s Head of Service Management Community, who won the same award in 2013.
