Melba joins us from CGI UK where she was vice president and business unit leader, responsible for the financial services sector as well as consulting services to all UK clients (commercial and public sector) focused on digital transformation, business intelligence and analytics, CIO Advisory and cyber security.
Prior to the CGI acquisition in 2012, Melba was a UK board member and Managing Partner, Business Consulting, at Logica PLC.
From 1999 to 2010 Melba held many leadership roles at EY in the areas of sales, business development, strategy and forensic investigations. She acted as an expert witness in both the civil and criminal courts and also spent time leading EY's forensic business in Melbourne, Australia in 2003-2005. In her early career at Mazars, Melba managed the audits of financial services and public sector organisations.
Melba is a Chartered Accountant and a Fellow with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales. She is also a trustee for a green lifestyle organisation and non-executive director for a recruitment business.
