Sopra Steria exhibits at APCC & NPCC Partnership Summit

Wednesday 16 November 2016

to Thursday, 17 November 2016
QEII Centre, Westminster, London, SW1P 3EE

The APCC & NPCC Partnership* Summit 2016 brings together senior leaders and experts from across UK law enforcement, criminal justice and government to discuss and shape solutions to the key questions of the day including police reform, digital opportunities and emergency services collaboration.

Come and visit Sopra Steria on our stand to discuss how we can help you address these challenges and how our digital solutions and services are improving investigations, enhancing contact management and streamlining interviews and case management; helping forces meet today’s challenges for savings, efficiency and enhanced customer service.

We’ll share with you some great digital transformation and collaboration stories:

  • Digital Contact - South Yorkshire and Humberside Police: both forces' contact and dispatch centres will use SmartContact®, an integrated multi-channel, digital customer contact and resource management solution - the first of its kind in the UK
  • Collaboration: The STORM Command and Control system at Kent Police has been extended to Kent Fire and Rescue Service resulting in a multi-agency command and control system which has strengthened the collaboration between the two organisations, delivering a more resilient and effective 999 service. • Digital Interview Recording – We are working with two of the largest UK Police forces to transform the way that interviews are processed to make them accessible everywhere by officers, saving valuable time spent on management and administration, in addition to considerable cost and efficiency savings
