Sopra Steria business transformation partner at Breaking Barriers Summit

Grand Connaught Rooms, near Holborn, London

The Breaking Barriers study aims to explore a radical yet realistic future model that aligns with the NHS strategy within the current parliament without requiring additional funding and, importantly, without compromising on patient care. The report focuses upon two critical opportunity areas:

  1. Realising physical integration of clinical, preventative and support services within the NHS and using this as the catalyst for or in parallel to realising new models of care and funding
  2. Capitalising on the devolution agenda which sees the growing convergence of local government and NHS around far-reaching health and welfare issues

The Breaking Barriers Summit is the official report launch event, bringing together senior managers, officials and policy-makers from the NHS, local government and central government to showcase and share new models and ideas for building an integrated and sustainable future NHS now.

The Summit will explore the key findings of the Breaking Barriers Report with a keynote speech from the report authors Professor Lord Patel of Bradford OBE and Dr Jon Bashford, plus industry supporter-led breakout sessions exploring key report case studies.

Sopra Steria is proud to be business transformation partner of the Breaking Barriers Report and Summit along with ENGIEMcLarenMJ Mapp and Chiltington Land.
