He has over 20 years’ experience working in the built environment for contractors and consultants supporting clients in realising their sustainability, risk and digital transformation ambitions. His extensive experience in highways, retail, utility infrastructure, military accommodation and buildings; including fit out, refurbishment and new build has given him a wealth of knowledge and insight into industry best practice initiatives during his career. Gareth believes that all organisations should be taking the time to re-examine their estate management strategy so sustainable outcomes which result in better ways of living and working can be achieved for all building users.
