Peter Holliday, Managing Director of Sopra Steria Recruitment commented on the growth: “It is heartening to report that our strategy of focusing our recruitment solutions and delivery on meeting key client objectives is gaining increased traction year on year. We made a bold decision five years ago to raise the bar in the staffing profession proposition, to listen to the changing needs in the market place and evolve our offerings to deliver future-proof solutions. Going forward, we anticipate seeing significant step-growth as clients continue to seek new ways of working in an overcrowded recruitment market. Our aim is to meet this challenge head on, delivering real value for our clients and reinvigorating the perception of the staffing profession.”
Further to this strong increase, in 2014, Sopra Steria Recruitment was awarded "Recruitment Company of the Year above £50m" and "Best Managed Recruitment Provider of the Year" from the Association of Professional Staffing Companies (APSCo). Holliday continues, “Our ambition is to be considered leaders in recruitment transformation and these results would suggest that we are on track in generating increased interest in our approach and delivery capabilities.”
