London, 6 September 2017: Sopra Steria has announced they are awarded a place in all four Lots of the new Technology Services 2 (TS2) framework run by the Crown Commercial Service (CCS) in the UK.
This new Framework is particularly important, as it is available for use across the whole Public Sector, which makes extensive use of Framework agreements. In addition, the breadth of services covered enables suppliers to support customers throughout their full technology lifecycle, from initial strategy and design through to programme implementation and on-going support.
The TS2 framework agreement comprises four lots:
- Lot 1 - Technology Strategy and Services Design
- Lot 2 - Transition and Transformation
- Lot 3 - Operational Services Service Group
- Lot 4 - Programmes and Large Projects
- 4a - Services at Official security level and below
- 4b - Services above Official security level
Not only was Sopra Steria’s bid successful for each Lot, but they scored maximum marks for quality in every category.
The technology framework format reflects feedback given to CCS by suppliers and public sector customers. By structuring Lots to follow the customer lifecycle, it supports development of customer centric solutions and a simpler order process.
The Crown Commercial Service (CCS) supports the public sector to achieve maximum commercial value when procuring common goods and services.
John Neilson, Deputy Chief Executive – Public Sector, Sopra Steria UK comments: “Sopra Steria’s presence across the entirety of this significant framework reflects the excellent transformation work we have done and continue to do with major government departments and public sector bodies. Our experience in helping them to realise the benefits of digital throughout their organisations is unrivalled, and this framework puts us in an even better position to help deliver quality services to the public sector at competitive costs.”
